Some folks are having some difficulties connecting to the SpaRRow site.

Here is what you can do. First download the patch file from here and move the patch file into"addon" folder in your sparrow dir.
Run the mirc32.exe and type "/load -rs addon\patchXX.adn" (XX = version number: for example, patch v1.5 file is patch15.adn, so you type /load -rs addon\patch15.adn)

The method of installation is the same as the patch file. except the file names. You should put them into addon folder.
